About our Education

BOMA Columbus provides access to multiples types of education for professionals in the commercial real estate industry.  Some of our regular offerings include

  • Lunch and Learns; 90 minutes programs hosted by our Vendor members on topics beneficial to property manager. Some Lunch and Learns feature CEs and all are free to members!
  • PRA and FMA classes provided in conjunction with BOMI every year BOMA Columbus partners with BOMI to provide required and elective classes for those seeking certification designations in their field. Special registration rates are available for BOMA members.
  • CRASE; Our Emergency Preparedness Committee works hard to help plan pertinent education and seminars on topics such as CRASE I and CRASE II
  • High Rise Safety – We currently have a special agreement with Fire Code Academy to provide discounted High Rise Safety education for BOMA Columbus members.
