BOMA Columbus Members Luncheon
The annual BOMA Columbus President's Luncheon will be hosted on February 21, 2024 from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM at the Boathouse - 679 W Spring St, Columbus, OH 43215.
This year will feature, Ken Rosenfeld, Director of State and Local Affairs at BOMA International. He will provide an overview of the current advocacy priorities at BOMA International—from federal legislation to policy whitepapers to sustainability programs--and also highlight the latest, trending state and local issues that are affecting commercial real estate across the country.
Ken Rosenfeld is the Director of State and Local Affairs at BOMA International. Ken has been with BOMA since 2017, leading the program to provide strategic and technical assistance on state and local advocacy to the nationwide network of BOMA local associations and state coalitions. He also manages BOMA’s Industry Defense Fund, and has overseen several industry sustainability initiatives, including the award-winning W2 (Water and Waste) Challenge.
Before coming to BOMA, Ken served as the Policy Director at the National League of Cities, and previously was the Director of National Advocacy at the nonprofit Rails-to-Trails Conservancy. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a master’s degree in government from the College of William and Mary.
